How I work... and why

When I began studying functional bloodwork and looking at patterns instead of isolated markers, things finally started to add up.

My symptoms weren’t random.

They were connected - pointing to gut dysfunction, poor absorption, and underlying imbalances that had been dismissed or overlooked.

Once I started addressing the root causes, not just the surface symptoms, my body began to respond.

Energy improved. Digestion improved. Things finally made sense.

But I’ve also seen the other side of this industry.

I’ve weighed every meal.

I’ve over-analysed food.

I’ve felt how easily “health” can turn into obsession and how damaging that can be.

At one point, it almost turned me away from completing my studies in nutrition altogether.

I didn’t want to become part of a system that creates fear, restriction, or fixation.

So I chose a different path.

I continued studying with one clear intention:

to support women’s health without creating food anxiety,

to encourage understanding over control,

and to build health in a way that’s sustainable, calm, and realistic.

That’s the foundation of Gut Glow Coach.

My approach is personalized, evidence-based, and rooted in pattern recognition - not rigid meal plans.

We focus on digestion, absorption, regulation, and the nervous system first, because healing doesn’t happen in a stressed body.

This isn’t about fixing yourself.

It’s about understanding your body, rebuilding trust, and supporting it in a way that feels safe and sustainable.

I’ve been there.

And I know there’s a better way.

I’m also a mother, and that shapes how I work.

I know how precious time, energy, and mental space are, especially when you’re caring for others. I don’t take it lightly when someone trusts me with their health. This work isn’t about trends or quick fixes - it’s about listening, understanding, and supporting real, sustainable change.

I do this because I want people to feel better in their bodies - not just for a moment, but long term. I approach every client with the same care and integrity I would want for myself or my family, because this work matters to me... and so do the people I support.

As a mother, I’m deeply aware that health is shaped by safety, care, and support — especially in early life.
That’s why Gut Glow Coach donates a portion of each 12-week program to TLC for Kids, supporting children and families during medical hardship.
